SEIMA was established with the following key objectives:

Developing a Research and Development Ecosystem

Focusing on innovation and sustainable management, particularly in areas such as education, entrepreneurship, business management, science, and technology.

Multiplication of Knowledge and Strategic Research

Providing a platform for strategic research activities that support social and economic development through conferences, publications, awards, and related activities.

Organizing, managing, and implementing initiatives that contribute to the achievement of SDGs both in Malaysia and globally.

Achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Building Leadership and Education

Fostering the development of individuals and communities with leadership qualities, education, knowledge, civilization, and good character.

Volunteering and Community Outreach

Global and Domestic Engagement

Contributing to community programs, especially during natural disasters such as fires and floods, through volunteer efforts.

Creating opportunities for engagement at both domestic and international levels in programs centered on innovation, sustainable management, cultural preservation, environmental sustainability, social entrepreneurship, and inclusive education.

Our Organizational Structure

The founding members of SEIMA comprise a diverse and experienced team of professionals from various fields. Dr. Azian Ibrahim, a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah with a Doctoral Degree, serves as Chairman. Mrs. Ame Abdullah, the Deputy Finance Officer for the state of Pahang, holds the position of Deputy Chairman. Dr. Norazlin Ahmad, an experienced accountant and lecturer, is the Treasurer. Mr Haziman Zakaria, a part-time lecturer and entrepreneur, serves as Secretary. Other key members include Mr Armizi Mohd Zain, an experienced human capital and finance professional; Mr Faris Azizul, with expertise in building maintenance and electrical engineering field; and Azrai Azizan, an entrepreneur with a background in architecture and customer relationship. Each member brings valuable expertise in fields ranging from academia and finance to engineering and business management, contributing to SEIMA's mission of fostering innovation and sustainability.

SEIMA’s organizational structure is designed to ensure effective governance and operational efficiency. Our leadership is composed of seasoned professionals who guide the association towards achieving its mission and objectives.
